Hi, I’m Charis like charismatic! Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I’m a former Division I cross country and track athlete with a strong passion for running, personal growth, and connecting with others.

My background as an athlete has shaped my driven work ethic, discipline, and commitment to always giving my best.

I’m a positive and outgoing person who genuinely enjoys building relationships, encouraging others, and helping people reach their goals. I strive to bring that same energy into everything I do, with the goal of continually becoming the best version of myself.
